• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and make reservations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

4.1 Membership Plans

We offer various membership plans with different benefits and pricing. By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges

4.2 Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4.4 Membership Benefits

Membership benefits include but are not limited to:

• Discounted reservation rates
• Priority booking access
• Exclusive member events and promotions
• Access to premium amenities

5.1 Making Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking
• You must provide accurate information for all guests
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected

5.2 Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee
• 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

5.3 Modifications

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes to your reservation.

5.4 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee

When using our Services and facilities, you agree to:

6.1 General Conduct

• Treat all staff, guests, and property with respect
• Follow all posted rules and regulations
• Maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Keep your campsite clean and dispose of waste properly
• Supervise children and pets at all times

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment or discrimination against other guests or staff
• Damage to property or natural resources
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized commercial activities
• Possession of firearms or weapons (unless legally permitted)
• Open fires except in designated areas

6.3 Consequences

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate eviction without refund, account termination, and potential legal action.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of information

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off Grid Adventures shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our facilities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Services

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that outdoor recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. By using our facilities, you assume all such risks and release Off Grid Adventures from any liability.

8.1 Information Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Payment and billing information
• Reservation and booking details
• Communications with our customer service team

8.2 Use of Information

We use your information to:

• Process reservations and payments
• Communicate with you about your bookings
• Send promotional materials (with your consent)
• Improve our Services and customer experience
• Comply with legal obligations

8.3 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
